Mick recently served as co-author and strategic advisor on the development of the Film in Dubai Rebate Program, a large-scale international production incentive initiative designed to position Dubai as a globally competitive production destination.

As Head of the Abu Dhabi Film Commission and Head of Production at twofour54 Film & TV Services, Mick oversaw large-scale international production servicing operations.

Studio Infrastructure & Incentive Ecosystem Development

Mick has advised on the development and optimization of film and television studio infrastructure designed to support incentive-driven production growth. His work focuses on ensuring facilities are operationally aligned with the needs of international productions and competitive global production markets.

Louisiana Production Infrastructure & Incentive Integration

During his tenure with Millennium Films / Millennium Studios, Mick played a key role in integrating Louisiana's production incentive ecosystem with large-scale studio operations and infrastructure expansion efforts.

He was instrumental in supporting Louisiana's emergence as a major studio-based production center through the alignment of incentives, infrastructure, and production services.

Production Planning & Physical Production

Before he advised governments, Mick planned and ran productions. That operational grounding is the foundation of his advisory work: he understands what a producer weighs when choosing where to shoot, what a production needs from a location on day one, and where schedules and budgets come under pressure.

As Head of Production at twofour54 Film & TV Services, he oversaw production planning and servicing for international film and television projects shooting in Abu Dhabi, guiding productions from early scouting and budgeting through prep, principal photography, and wrap. With Millennium Films in Louisiana, he supported large-scale studio-based production, aligning schedules, facilities, crews, and local vendors with the requirements of the state incentive program.
